About Me
Hi, I’m Murat Dağaslan. Born in 1993 in Ankara, I come from a technical background, having completed my high school education at Batıkent Industrial Vocational High School and my degree in Mechanical Drawing and Construction from Abant İzzet Baysal University. However, it was my deep connection to art and visual storytelling that steered my career path.
Photography has been a transformative passion, allowing me to see the world through a creative lens. My journey into content creation began with Photoshop tutorials on social media in 2016-2017. It was during this time that my first interview was published in Face The Current magazine. In 2018, my work gained international attention when Phlearn featured me, marking a pivotal moment in my career. That same year, I hosted my first photo tour, the Black Sea Culture Tour, igniting my love for exploration and storytelling through images.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with renowned brands like Apple, Turkish Airlines, Ford, Mercedes-Benz, and Volkswagen.
My work has been showcased in prominent exhibitions, including Connect, a collaboration with Turkish Airlines, where my photography of 49 Anatolian cities was displayed in Seoul, Miami, and New York. This exhibition not only highlighted Turkey’s rich cultural heritage but also helped share global stories through visual art.
Today, my work is driven by the intersection of creativity, innovation, and technology. I’m constantly evolving my approach to digital storytelling, blending artistic vision with strategy to leave a significant mark on the international stage.
